This massage of Chinese origin uses pressure and friction on the acupuncture points and aims to balance the flow of energy in our body: disperse it, if it is in excess, or tone it up, if it is weakened. It is only from the balance of energy that it is possible to achieve full health, in all its aspects.
Chinese Tuina is one of the materia medicas covered by the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine - TCM, in which manipulations are used to stimulate points or other parts of the body's surface, to correct the physiological imbalance of the same and achieve healing effects.
Tuina massages act on the nervous, reproductive, digestive and circulatory systems, bringing benefits to the skin tissues and blood circulation.
