Its training base is Traditional Chinese Medicine with resources such as Acupuncture, Trofotherapy (Dietetics / Nutrition), Massage Therapy with Shiatsu, Tui-Ná, Reflexology of the Hands and Feet, Phytotherapy, Chromotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Geotherapy (Clay), Floral Therapy of Bach.

He completed 2 years of internships in naturist clinics in the region.

 

Post-graduated in Acupuncture by the Brazilian School of Chinese Medicine (EBRAMEC) RJ | SP, specialization courses in Auriculotherapy also by EBRAMEC, in Dientérica Chinesa with Rachel Barros in Rio de Janeiro / Braisl, in Massotherapy with Thai-Yoga Massage techniques , Massage for Pregnant Women, Shantala (for Babies), Geothermal Therapy (Hot Stones) and Lymphatic Drainage - Leduc Method, by the Brazilian Institute of Therapies and Teaching (IBRATE).

 

In Portugal he studied Faciatherapy / Somatology (Perceptual Psycho-Pedagogy), Danis Bois Method with Bruno Gonçalves. He took Level III of the Bach Floral Therapy course at the Bach Center Institute in Lisbon.

Post-graduated in Psychology in the Work Context by the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada (ISPA) Lisbon / Portugal and in parallel, opens the way to Coaching with the course "Coaching - Preparing professionals for excellence" by the Department of Permanent Training (ISPA / DFP), increasingly entering the path of personal development, such as Life and Health Coach.

 

She returned to Brazil where she graduated as a Live Food Educator in promoting Health and the Environment through the Terrapia Project at Fundação Oswaldo Cruz-FIOCRUZ and National School of Public Health-ENSP | Rio de Janeiro.

In the area of ​​personal development, he has been expanding his knowledge, having obtained professional certification at BeCoach and online training at Nutrition Coaching.
