It consists of a specific massage performed with light and slow movements, alternating with deeper vigorous movements which direct and improve the lymphatic flow. Lymphatic drainage is extremely important for the proper functioning of the body. In the drainage that we perform, if it is in the client's interest, we can use a machine that uses vibration to bring the circulation to the top, eliminating fat and toxins.
