Emotional Sustainability is a very popular concept these days, especially in times of pandemic, hence this type of consultation has increased in the last few months. Most people come into the world with the ability to manage their emotions. Apart from very specific cases, we are all born with intelligence and adaptability to solve our problems, but at certain times due to the  circumstances  of life, we tend to stay  emotionally and psychically weakened. In more severe cases, depending on the severity of the situation, the person's emotional structure and personality trait, it can evolve into pathological cases of severe anxiety and depression.

 
What is an Emotional Sustainability Consultation like?
The consultation is individual and currently online. There is an initial phase with some questions to know the main cause that is affecting the person's quality of life and how their daily lives may be influencing it.
 
It is not infrequently important for a person to understand how the brain deals with the stress that is caused by isolation or the specific causes of suffering, in order to overcome it. I then give some advice and facilitate simple tools and exercises that a person can do regularly to maintain mental, physical, and emotional health and simple, creative ways to become happier and more self-sustaining.
