For this purpose, we propose that you come and practice with us a DO IN Self-Massage throughout the day to energetically balance your entire body, learn and practice in pairs, a Therapeutic Foot Massage (Reflexology) and end the day in beauty with a brief Indian Meditation that allows us to face the daily life with more tranquility, firmness in thought and awareness in the present.
​ We will also have the opportunity to enjoy a healthy and nutritious lunch prepared with love and some teas throughout the event.

Brief explanation of the dynamics to be developed:
DO-IN self-massage - is a technique for energy rebalancing and postural re-education, which massages the entire body. It consists of applying therapeutic touch to ourselves, with the fingers, palms and elbows in different areas and points of the body, in accordance with the energy meridians of Chinese acupuncture. These points are related to specific areas that tend to be tense and to the functioning of Organs internal organs. When pressed, they stimulate its good performance, preventing the evolution of different types of pathologies, alleviating localized pain such as headache, joint pain, etc.; they increase longevity, improve posture and provide a pleasant feeling of relaxation.
Reflexology - Massage of specific points in the area from the feet to the knee, which provoke sensorineural stimuli and balance our physical and mental health. This massage will be practiced in pairs, but it can also be practiced on ourselves in our daily lives. Through a process of breaking down crystals that tend to accumulate and prevent energy and cellular nutrition from reaching its fullest destination, we achieve a general harmony in the body, benefiting the organs and senses.
Reflexology is of great value for cases of fluid retention, swelling and pain in the lower limbs, anxiety and insomnia.
Meditation – short meditation with Indian music, easy and simple to practice. It has the ability to calm anxieties, overcome emotional upsets, increase postural awareness and improve concentration and memory; it also provides a deep rest at night and greater brain vitality when waking up;
