Healthy breakfast

When I tell people that it is good to avoid gluten contained in breads and breakfast cereals, often in my appointments, they ask me what a good breakfast (breakfast) is, in which the person feel sated and bring you strength until your next meal.

I never see a breakfast as something solely with the function of waking up and bringing strength… It is also the continuation of the night detox and therefore it must be based more on fruits such as bananas, papaya and apples, for example, than thanks to its fiber, vitamins and minerals will nourish and aid in the elimination of toxins and excess digestion products.

I also think it's a good time to boost the brain and other organs and that's why I add seeds like walnuts, Brazil nuts, almonds and even cashew nuts to this fruit salad for a change. For better use of the properties of these seeds, you can hydrate them in water overnight.

Whenever I can, I make the green juice first and only after half an hour I eat the fruit salad. For many people, only green juice is breakfast, but at work times more  physical or having to go to more polluted areas of the city, I can't do without the salad.

Basically the morning fruit salad recipe for a

person is:

- 1 banana (has potassium and magnesium, good for muscles

and heart)

- 1 piece of beautiful papaya (has digestive enzymes and

is a natural laxative)

- 1 apple (has pectin and other important nutrients;

good to peel if not organic)

- 3 walnuts (they have omega 3, vitamin E and zinc, good

for vision and brain)

- 1 to 2 Brazil nuts (they have selenium, very mineral

important for the proper functioning of the brain)

Cut everything into small pieces and voila ...

From time to time I vary and also use seeds from

sunflower, almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, pine nuts and even sweet potatoes as was the case today in the photo.

In the end, as a coffee substitute, I sometimes make a Jatobá or Crajiru tea and add a little mate herb at the end. mind, but you don't need to do like the Gaucho, take it in the gourd and put a lot of plant, just put a little of the herb in a little boiling water like a normal tea, let it cool and drink.

For some people, bread seems essential at first, so if you want to complement it with gluten-free tapiocas, it's also a solution.

If you want more information in this regard or want to know which breakfast would be most appropriate for you, get in touch.
