The solution to calming more anxious moments is to reduce the use of these stimulants and allow the heart to beat slower.

 

But one of the biggest villains of stress, lack of patience and anxiety is gluten, especially wheat. The wheat produced today has undergone technological mutations over hundreds of years to feed a growing world population.

What happens to most people is that when they eat wheat-based products, the intestinal villi are destroyed, preventing the small intestine to efficiently assimilate important vitamins and minerals, which relax parts of the nervous system and give us satiety.  

 

When we eliminate gluten from our diet, or significantly reduce its consumption, we will notice that we are calmer, we will feel our muscles with more fiber and strength, the brain works better and we are able to control our impulses better.

produce anemia, physical and cerebral fatigue

eating a lot with meals, inflammation of

tissues causing pain in certain joints and

muscles, produce fermentations and lesions in the

bowel and imbalance symptoms in others

organs.

 

For some people it tends to be very difficult.
